Perfect hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: Nice room and hotel close to the public transport with friendly staff and excellent breakfast! We even got a room upgrade so my pregnant friend was more conformable.
Disliked: The room was nice but a bit dark.

Hotel misrepresented and undoubtedly one...

Liked: The staff were as helpful as they could be But is was a skeleton staff and the overall hotel was very rundown and poorly maintained and managed.
Disliked: The hotel was described as 4 star it was no better than 2 star and nearly 400 dollars a night. Just about every aspect of our stay was disappointing.Room very small. Bathroom was literally the size of a closet. The elevator was broken for 3 of our 6 days. We had to climb nearly 100 steps to get to our room. The bed was uncomfortable. The room smelt musty. The decorations were very substandard, chipped furniture, cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and the food was constantly needing to be replenished, and you had to ask.

Liked: Vibe and staff. Good location. Nice room.
Disliked: Internet was unusable most of the time. Outdated hotel menus and misinformation on room service. Phone didn't work at all, TV was almost unusable as well. An overall lack of attention to the room and bringing functionality up to date. If I had payed the normal rate of around 5-600 EUR, It would have been unacceptable.

Liked: The staff was excellent. Friendly, spoke English and did everything they could to make it comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very small and tight for two people. Limited floor space with little space for the luggage.
