Liked: Nice location and easy to get around. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Disliked: No parking and the room is too small for family with 2 kids to stay.

Liked: The hotel is in a prime location, close to restaurants, pubs, tram station, and Caen castle.The room was clean and neat.The staff were very friendly and speak a little english too.Breakfast available when pre-ordered.
Disliked: There is no Lift in the property.The washroom could have been a little bigger.

Liked: - the staff was very sympathetic.- the room was very clean.- the location : next to restaurants and tram station. It was very convenient.
Disliked: - a mini fridge would have been good.- i was able to hear the steps of my neighbourd of the room next door.- my door was not closing properly.

Liked: In centre at top of canal area and within 5 mins walk to castle
Disliked: No air conditioning and had to move car from car park opposite hotel later in evening due to large Sunday market on it and starting set up at 4am

Somewhere to sleep but would...

Liked: Location was handy. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Strong smell in the room, I believe from the carpet- smelled like a full vacuum cleaner bag! Smell greatly let down the room- made my son cry!!

Very good

Liked: The manager was friendly and efficient and helped us to solve the luggage storage problem. Sound isolation was better than expected. Location very good for sightseeing and not far from the train station. In general the hotel exceeded my expectations.
