Liked: I am suprise that the French government allows this kind of hotel to exist in the middle of the capital
Disliked: Very rude owner and not a safe place to stay, very hold and smelly building

Disliked: Bad WiFi. No hair dryer. Tax too expensive, which is above Europe legal standard.

Liked: Nothing except the sheets were clean.
Disliked: everything. There was a guy loitering in the doorway and it was very late at night dark and raining. Sadly multiple rough sleepers in the area.Climb up the stairs to the reception. Trying to book in late at night 11 30 pm (we were travelling Europe by train and didn't have an earlier option. }We were constantly left while the guy attended to several individual males who came into the reception. It was after midnight before we received the key.Shower room was very tiny with a grubby shower curtain. No shower gel.The tiny soap didn't even get a lather when wet.The room was so tiny we couldn't move around at the same time.Carpets and paintwork were dirty . The top cover on the bed was grubby and had holes in it. We couldn't leave it on the bed.No tea or coffee facilities not even a glass to rinse after cleaning our teeth. The lift could only take one of us and a case. Which meant separating us leaving one at the reception and one at the 4th floor bedroom in a totally strange and worrying place late at night.The room door had a dodgy lock and we struggled to get in. In fact another resident opened their door to see what was happening. We had to sleep with the door unlocked and cases against it. No one available to sign us out except a cleaner.It cost 100 euro for absolutely nothing. I couldn't sleep and was so relieved when daylight came and we could leave. Thank fully it was one night only to get us to the Eurostar and absolutely never again.We are seasoned independent travellers who are used to booking accommodation last minute or on a daily basis and have only experienced something like this once in several years.Maybe booking should check this out and then rate it.
