Disliked: the entrance to the hotel and the reception in different places - if you are with bags - very uncomfortable.the room was filled with the smell from toilet!! towels are old and gray, the same as the blankets - very much used and need to be changed!!

Liked: The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the city center.The staff were very attentive and communicated well in English.
Disliked: You need to go to a hotel around the corner to pick up your keys, which means there’s no on-site staff in case of an emergency.The soundproofing was poor, and noises from other rooms could be heard.The bathroom was a bit outdated, especially the hairdryer, which was very old. Considering the central location, such details could be updated.

Liked: Very quiet room. No outside street noise. Safe area. You step out and are in the center of everything. Parking was easy to get.
Disliked: Could hear the conversation of another guest late at night. He quieted down not too late. Not a big deal to us. Parking costs aren't cheap but that's not the hotel's problem.

Disappointing

Disliked: I didn’t have towels in my room, and since the reception is not in the hotel building didn’t have time to go and ask for towels. The breakfast is also in a different building and it’s really poor
