Liked: Right in the heart of Bordeaux city, big & comfortable beds
Disliked: Reception is located in a different building a couple of minutes walk. Reception staff wasn't very pleasant. The room smelt terribly when we arrived, We had to open the window and go out straight away. The room was comfortable but looked absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised (very dingy and smoke-stained). Very small toilet and shower.

Liked: location - that’s all!
Disliked: the entrance to the hotel and the reception in different places - if you are with bags - very uncomfortable.the room was filled with the smell from toilet!! towels are old and gray, the same as the blankets - very much used and need to be changed!!

Liked: The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the city center.The staff were very attentive and communicated well in English.
Disliked: You need to go to a hotel around the corner to pick up your keys, which means there’s no on-site staff in case of an emergency.The soundproofing was poor, and noises from other rooms could be heard.The bathroom was a bit outdated, especially the hairdryer, which was very old. Considering the central location, such details could be updated.
