Liked: Location and staff is amazing. The room is luxury and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately I found a used sanitary ped on my room. It was my second day on the room and when I came back to my room from my meetings, I found a used sanitary ped on the floor.

Liked: Comfy, clean room, nice layout, nice view, balcony. Nice little work desk (once the waste bin is used to keep the curtains away from the desk-chair wheels).
Disliked: I arrived at noon from an overnight flight, had requested early check in, had event at hotel starting at 3pm. The hotel didn´t seem to be too busy, but I didn't get a room until 3:30pm, so I had to skip part of the event for my badly-needed shower and change of clothes. I know there is no guarantee, but I felt there was a lack of urgency in the matter.Duvee was so thick & hot, but just the sheet was a bit cold. So stuck between being hot or cold. A simple blanket would have solved the problem.

Liked: Beautiful room design, clean, quiet, nice bathroom! Nice location, close to the park, to Prince-Arthur and close to the clinic we wanted. Smiley staff. Good breakfast
Disliked: 1) My 75 years old mother arrived an hour before me and she could not go in the room to rest because she could not add a credit card to the reservation for the incidental deposit. I can understand your firm position on this, but your team already had my credit card with my online reservation with Booking.com. Saldy, no one called me to ask my authorization for the incidental deposit and she waited.2) I also have lots a food allergies. I wrote them on the Booking app and double checked for breakfast at the front desk. Next morning, I had to do it all over again for the third time because the waiter did not get any information. Still alive so there's that!3) In the hotel, the WiFi with my room number never worked. For the price, I would have liked overall a better experience, byt still a nice stay.
