Its okay to stay for 1 night if youre in transition.
Liked: The localization, near the sea.
Disliked: Its a bit old, without too much places to eat anything instead of fast food, needs some renovations.

Overall great stay.
Liked: Excellent staff that helped us find this hotel in the dark. Room was big (unexpected in Europe) with a nice outdoor garden just off the room. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The room felt damp. :-(

Passable
Liked: The reception staff was brilliant and very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: You have to pay a 100 euro deposit for 2 swimming pool pass cards. This is a bit ridiculous as there is no way a replacement card would cost 50 euros. The air con in the room did not work, we tried it multiple times on all the settings available. We only realized late at night and we decided not to report it to reception as we were only staying the one night and we were tired. We didn't want to change rooms. There is a fan in the room, but the night was very warm so we opened the balcony door for better air. Unfortunately the couple next door smoked throughout the night and all the cigarette smoke got into our bedroom. We had two options: sleep in cigarette smoke or close the windows and be too warm to sleep. At 05:15 they were still smoking. The rooms are not very well sound proofed/air proofed so we heard them getting up for a smoke on the front hallway which was shared with our room. Needless to say that the cigarette smoke got into our room. Not something I would have expected to deal with to be honest. Non smoking rooms is by now a standard everywhere right? The balconies are not very private, you cannot see your neighbors but you can hear everything and smell their cigarettes of course. There is only a wooden slate between the two balconies. I'm just sorry that in a hotel that was obviously not very busy we were not given a room with a bit more privacy. Or experience, for the money we paid could have been more pleasant. There is no spa in the normal sense of the word. For a one night stay, you check in at 4 pm, the spa closes at 6pm and you need to book the spa in advance to use it. Also, you can only use the spa if you book a treatment, there is no sauna or steam room to use as some extra cost. This should be better advertised as it is misleading the way it is currently advertised.

Hotel is nice but service below medium standard.
Liked: Nice and big area. Shops
Disliked: Very weak service level. Not helpful and not qualified. Very weak breakfast - better to buy in another place.

the hotel was adequate for somewhere to sleep
Liked: its closeness to Agay centre and the ability to park our car. The hotel staff were excellent.
Disliked: there were too many steps everywhere - in order to get to the hotel itself and in order to get to the various facilities such as the swimming pools and restaurants. The one and only passenger lift was out of order and undergoing repair - we were provided with a room on a lower floor than the one we were originally meant to have. There was not one television channel which was in English out of the many channels provided. The restaurant breakfast was too expensive for what was available so we never used it and the main evening menu was poor again we never used it.

Decent
Liked: Nice park and swimming pool. Lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants etc
Disliked: The bed and pillows were not good, at the end of the 5 nights I had pain in my back. Room is pretty dated
