Excellent location and very good...

Liked: The location is amazing - less than 100 yards to the Duomo and every major site within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Excellent value.
Disliked: The coffee in hotels generally is not good, and this was no different. But there is excellent coffee at nearby cafés, so not a problem really.

Liked: Fabulous location 30 seconds from Duomo. Walking distance to everywhere! Don't be put off by the slightly shabby entrance at street level, the reception is on 1st floor and is manned 24 hours. Staff all lovely, smiling & helpful. Room was smallish (bed was huge!) but ideal for me on my own. Nicely furnished and shower room was well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful and from 7:30-10 am so plenty of scope for both early starts & lie-ins! Happy to recommend this hotel.

Good for one night

Liked: The location of this hotel is great. 1min from the cathedral. Clean room and bathroom. Perfect for one night.
Disliked: There is no fridge or any cooler inside the room so if you want to keep something cold you must ask at the reception to keep your items which is pretty unpleasant.They can work better on the breakfast:)Because it is an old building, the noises inside the room May sound preety loud ( other Doors closing or opening, people on the hallway, your neighbours).

A wonderful place to relax...

Liked: I was very impressed with this hotel because of the quiet room and yet so close to the city center. The breakfast had a nice variety to select from and always fresh. The room was very clean and comfortable with a view of the Palazzo Vechio.
Disliked: Check in time, however they have no problem holding your bags.
