Great location, with really friendly...

Liked: The reception staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great for all food, shopping, sightseeing needs.
Disliked: The hotel is pleasant but not high specification.

Lovely hotel in a superb...

Liked: Beautiful reception area and comfy modern rooms which seem to have been recently refurbushed. Fantastic city-centre location.
Disliked: Pets are allowed and an unattended dog was barking in another room on our floor during the night - totally unacceptable. The staff were understanding but not really able to stop it.

Liked: Fantastic location in Vieux Lille.
Disliked: Room was pretty cramped, fine for a short stay. Tea and coffee maker would be a great improvement.
