Superb

Liked: The location is very good, in the city center and close to train station. The room was very clean.
Disliked: There was no safe and fridge in the room.

An charming, ideally located hotel...

Liked: Great central location, with a quiet rear facing room overlooking the cathedral. We liked the decor, the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Perhaps the option to make a hot drink in the room before going to breakfast!

Convenient location in old Lille,...

Liked: Great staff
Disliked: Rooms were quite small, and a bit chilly, no lift to 1st floor, but staff helped carry luggage and gave us blankets.

Great location, with really friendly...

Liked: The reception staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great for all food, shopping, sightseeing needs.
Disliked: The hotel is pleasant but not high specification.
