Decent budget hotel for solo...

Liked: The room was big, and the shower was good/powerful. It is possibly the biggest room I've stayed in when visiting Paris. Housekeeping was spot on, too, and the staff were sound and friendly.
Disliked: The bedding could've been a little cleaner and newer (there were dark bobbles on the pillow that I thought could have been bedbug poo), and cobwebs were on the wall. Nothing major or worth complaining about. The area at night can be intimidating, especially if you're a woman, but I had no problems even when alone at 3am.

Liked: Check-in check-out times flexible. All the necessary services available. At the heart of a busy street so many restaurants and cafés are around.
Disliked: The bed wasn't really comfortable and the noise isolation isn't very good
