This was not only inconsiderate but created significant physical hardship.The room had a dripping sink that made sleeping nearly impossible, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable – we had to clean much of the dirt ourselves, and subsequently developed red rashes on our skin.There was no accessible water pitcher in the room, and the shower and toilet emitted a strong sewage smell that persisted throughout the entire building for two full days.This experience does not reflect the price we paid – which was comparable to that of a hotel, not a shared-room facility with poor conditions.We expected basic comfort and cleanliness, and instead were met with stress, discomfort, and health concerns.Given the severe gap between what was promised and what was delivered, I am respectfully requesting appropriate compensation for our stay. I specifically asked for a tax-free invoice, as I am not a French citizen, but was told that it was not possible – or that they “didn’t know what that is.” In the end, I was charged as if I were a French resident, which felt dishonest and unfair.

Liked: Since we were only going to stay for one night, we looked for a place that was not too expensive but met our needs. This was exactly that. We preferred to have the toilet and bathroom in our room. So we have no idea about shared toilets. The staff was friendly. They even accepted us to leave our bags on the second day and pick them up later. This was very important to us. Thanks again.
