Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location near the the station.Breakfast was a bit spartan - never had it provided on a tray before and the water for tea wasn’t v warm but overall it was enough to eat.

Liked: The location is fantastic. Walkable from train station and to all the sites in Lille. Good value for the money. Beds were just ok but might be expected given the price.

Liked: Location, service, size/facilities of room, quiet in the mornings (no external road noise).
Disliked: Just before the entrance to my room (room 28), there is a small incline as the floor rises by 5-10 centimetres. This was not clearly marked, and on arrival I tripped and almost fell. It could be worth putting a bit if black and yellow tape on each side of the incline to catch the eye and give a warning.
