Disliked: Separate surplus for the putting a cot in the bedroom seems unreasonable

Liked: Location is super. Room was very simple and small, but with 1 big bed and 1 small. Firstly it was very cold, but blanket was perfect. In a bathroom there is a window, so during a cold season it’s a problem to take a shower.

Liked: Close proximity to Reims Cathedral, Christmas markets, shops

Disappointing

Liked: The only advantage is, that this hotel is located in the city center of Reims close to the Cathedral and that there is a public parking close by.
Disliked: No elevator and I to carry the heavy suitcase in the fourth floor. Bathroom is old and the shower was dirty with mould in the joints. Afte I have used the towel. Black hairs on the floor.

Liked: Location was perfect staff friendly enough Should have asked for another room once we had seen the bathroom However the room was very small but cozy & warm and the location perfect for the Cathedral Bed small double but clean and comfortable
Disliked: Impossible to enter the shower big stepSink & toilet in bathroom made for midget No door between bathroom & bedroom only a sliding apparatus Bathroom grubby and old…like a3rd world country No lift luckily we had no luggage to carry Certainly would not go to this hotel again Way overpriced
