Perfect position, not so perfect...

Liked: Perfect position, very kind and helpgul lady who tried to help us at check out although not her job, as the dek was unmanned. And thank you for providing me with the invoice so quickly and efficiently by email.
Disliked: The place is pretty and perfectly positioned. However:- There is no lift, and although we were carrying heavy luggage, no one offered to give us a hand with it, as naturally we were assigned a 3rd floor room. - The soap bottle at the tub was empty. As there are no instructions in the room on how to call reception, I had to walk down (and back up) to have it refilled. Oh, no apology was made for the disservice, actually the guy was quite annoyed at having to refill the bottle himself. - We checked out very early, there was no one there to guarantee check out, the coffee bar lady was so kind and helpful, she did her best, bless her, but I left without an invoice. - The parking ticket we were given to exit was not valid and did not let us out. Thanks goodness, as the price was 25% higher than that at the machine.Unlikely we will be back.

Liked: The staff is very nice and helpful.we stay only one night with 2 big luggages and our room in level 3, the staff helping us to store our luggages in lvl 1. The 2nd day the staff help us to hold the bus when we checkout, she run to the bus stop and ask the bus wait us.The location is very good, comfort, convineint and very near to the tour.
Disliked: Only the quilts and curtains have a sense of history, run out of color...
