Liked: Nice staff.
Disliked: Loud from outside, unable to sleep. Glass shuttering on the streets. Random guy trying to get into our room at 2:00am. Smelly water drain in bathroom.

Liked: Staff is always very nice, both for hotel and for restaurant/bar. We asked for a quiet room and got one. Try the food in the restaurant too, it's delicious!
Disliked: The room is quite small, and in the bathroom, the curtain around the shower could better be replaced by a solid glass wall in order to not turn the bathroom into a pool when taking a shower.Breakfast is qite good, but it could do with some more choice. Also better bread rolls (brown) would be nice.

Good value for money

Liked: Comfortable bed, right on the square, an elevator for luggage. Dinner and breakfast were great .
Disliked: A bit dated.

Very good

Liked: Excellent location within the very center of the old city, right across the City Hall. The hotel is located above a restaurant which also serves the breakfast. Wi-Fi is fast and stable.
