Liked: Hotel looked nice, in the centre, and reasonably priced, but it was disappointing all in all.
Disliked: Once you look through the surface, you quickly see it’s all mediocre. And then the price suddenly isn’t reasonable anymore.The worst: Absolute absent water jet (room 14)! Showering was practically impossible.Bed not made after 1st night, dustbin not emptied (room 2).Extremely loud streets with bars and music. Clearly no isolating or double glazing. Very very noisy.Dirty stained green chairs in breakfast room, really all chairs and even cushions, even in rooms, were dirty and full of stains.Dirty dusty lamp, reported to reception but next day still not clean. People with dust allergy will have fun.Dirty black dirt residue on hand showerUnprofessional bar staff during breakfast and 1 person to make coffee for a full breakfast room.It seemed as if all the staff still needed to be trained. Checking in was super slow, but okay; if that would’ve been all.Crates from the kitchen are thrown loudly on the terrace of room 2 late at night. People are sleeping there....

Liked: Rooms are large and very clean, bed is comfortable. WC is separate from bathroom. Bathroom is large and very clean. Great location - 15 minutes from train station on foot, in the historic center.
Disliked: You should avoid this hotel if you are used to a high level of service. After arrival I found information at the reception that check in is possible only after 3.30 pm (instead of 2 pm) and no staff. The girl from restaurant informed me that I have to wait till 3.30. During check in the girl at the reception was very helpful and apologise for inconvenience but it didn't not depend on her. It turned out that not all lights worked in the room. In general, the lighting is very poor and even when all the lamps are turned on, the room is not well lit. Silence between rooms is not enough, you can hear everything from next room. At breakfast it turned out that the only coffee machine broke down and employees are trying to fix it. In general, there is impression that the staff is left to themselves, and solving problems that arise regularly, depends on whether the person will cope with it or not. The hotel is not cheap and services that are appropriate to the price are expecting
