Liked: Breakfast perfect, wide choice, clean room, ambient lightings
Disliked: I was in a room on the 3rd floor and it is not so nice as rooms on the lower floors. View on the roof and to other rooms or flats

Disliked: When me and my partner wanted to go out at 10pm, we couldn't open the main door. There was a button for emergency, but we were too scared to push it, because we thought the alarm would go off. We called the hotel or a emergency number from the hotel and we told them what the problem was. They proceed to put us on hold and then told us she didn't know what to do. Puts us on hold again. 10 min pass. She hung up the phone. We called called back, but it was the voicemail. We were in shock that the staff just left us like that stuck in the hotel for 20+ mins. We ended up just pushing the button and got out. It was sad that the staff itself didn't know to just push the button.
