Liked: An amazing host, great location, comfy rooms. Could not ask for more!

Liked: Proximity to shops, eateries, trams, and bus stops
Disliked: No kettle, tea cups, bathroom slippers in the room

Disliked: I had an awful experience at check in. I paid for 3 nights and ended up leaving after a few hours.I assume now it is a burnout but it’s unnacceptable what Pavel subjected me to at check in.Constant complaining, remarks about how guests do it wrong, condescending or passive agressive comments, every step of the way. Repeating the same sentences over and over again. So many times that if you eventually respond with anything other than “okay”, you’re accused of making a problem. It did not matter if i asked if we could just continue.Not only did Pavel made it a problem himself, he accused me of it and was disturbed by it. By the end, i was so nervous and scared that i figured i would just be silent or say “yes” to whatever he was saying. After check in, i left hours later to another place.
