IF ALL YOU WANT IS...

Liked: The hotel was fine for our needs which were a clean comfortable place to sleep.
Disliked: We found some of the staff to be less than helpful some of the time.

Disappointing with many inadequacies.

Liked: The room was reasonably quiet, as requested. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was reasonably clean.
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room. There was then a very strange conversation suggesting that I couldn't have both a "quiet" room and a "nice" room, which I thought was extraordinary for a supposedly 4 star hotel. The room provided was relatively quiet but indeed not very nice. Gloomy with cheap, scuffed furniture and scuffed decor. Paper cups. Awful grubby tiles in the bathroom. Staff member on reception was disinterested to the point of rudeness. Internet access was poor. The hotel has absolutely no charm and I cannot se how it can be graded as 4 star.

Disliked: Would have been better if one of the English-language streaming news channels could have been available.
