A lovely stay - hope...

Liked: Excellent location on the edge of the city centre - so everything is within easy walking distance. On a side road, so quiet with plenty of residential parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is making good improvements to the somewhat dated decor.

Friendly, value for money, great...

Liked: A really friendly family run hotel. They sorted out a revision to our booking caused by a train strike and arranged a taxi for us for an early morning departure. Comfy room with large bathroom . No more than 4 mins to Narbonne cathedral and less to the lovely market . It’s not plush but is well presented and cared for.
Disliked: Nothing really but it’s always nice to have a kettle in the room.

Liked: Great location, right in the centre of town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (concierge-level service). The decor is simple, but it’s very comfortable and very clean!

Liked: Corinne was very friendly and helpful. She was the perfect host!! I hope to stay in touch! The location is brilliant, opposite Les Halles, in the town centre. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with local products and a personal touch.

Liked: location brilliant breakfast reasonable for 8 euros .Next door to best restaurant in town
Disliked: General cleaning very poor. Carpets in common areas disgusting.entrance and checking in not good.we rejected our first room as too small and pokey and unclean .

Very good location for visiting...

Liked: The location is good for all the eateries etc. There is also a large underground car park just down the road.The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was clean.
Disliked: The hotel has new owners who are renovating and up-dating the place. The room was clean but small with few power sockets, the lighting wasn’t good and the en suite was very cramped and out-dated. We assume all these issues will be addressed in the refurbishment but, unfortunately, we felt that the facilities were sadly lacking for our stay.
