Absolutely perfect

Liked: Our room was amazing and extremely clean, the pool was relaxing, staff were lovely overall an amazing stay we both enjoyed it and we will be back :)

Liked: The staff were friendly. Hotel was well equipped.
Disliked: Staff are not reply to my emails having been charged twice for a bar bill. A matter which needs rectifying.

Disliked: Set up at breakfast. Coffee and tea facilities squashed up in corner of room to congested by buffet table.Lounge bar not open.Building at front of hotel spoiled the whole appearance.

Liked: Hotel was beautiful and refurbished to a 5* standard albeit it’s only 4*Rooms were lovelySpa and pool facilities were excellent and got great assistance if Katrina Staff were 5* plus especially restaurant manager Ashutosh and restaurant assistant Daniel I must say that all staff couldn’t do enough to be helpful and do their jobs to an excellent standard Hotel a good 25 minute walk to town but hotel provides a shuttle service
Disliked: Rooms were very hot we were provided with a cooling tower but had to have it on a lot
