Liked: I accidentally book one too many nights, yet was able to get the money back. So I was cheated out one night’s room price. A good organization who wants my business would have paid it back. This was bad business ethics.

Relaxed, good value, great location...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and give us recommendations for meals etc.
Disliked: I could not fault them

Close to everything

Liked: Did not try breakfast, but price seemed right. Staff was SUPER friendly, would stay here again

Near train station

Liked: All are good. Location is near the train station.

Happy Stay & Good Value...

Liked: Very good and convenient location. Clean Room, nice window view on Canal du Midi. Staff are friendly, helpful, and communicate well in English. Breakfast are well organized, nice setting and convenient.
Disliked: Bathroom has limited space to put personal stuff. Having a small shelf, hooks or sliding small table under the sink, would be good.
