I was completely disappointed

Liked: There was a parking next to the hotel
Disliked: It was very loud from the street noise. The windows offered insufficient soundproofing. I hardly slept at all. The quickest thing the reception lady did was to demand payment of the bill with my credit card. I was charged 124 euros. Unfortunately, I only noticed later that I had a confirmation from Booking.com for 111.95 euros. (my mistake, still very bad of the hotel). At check out, no one was there. Despite ringing several times, someone only came after about 15 minutes. There were other little things that I don't want to go into further.
