Very enjoyable stay and would...

Liked: Nice quiet location, not bang in the centre, but easy transport links with tram, metro or bus and access to cafes/bars within very easy walk. Friendly staff and very clean, comfortable rooms. This isn't a big corporate hotel, but it has a lovely feel to it which we prefer.
Disliked: Minor point - towel rail/hooks in the bathroom.

Disliked: There was no iron available for the whole stay even though it says on booking that there is one. This caused a real inconvenience.

Liked: Apart from my mates computer being damaged whilst in storage - and the manager not being communicative about talking with my mate- a flurry of e mails ending in zilch and a damaged computer…. The ladies on the front desk were very good….

Another wonderful stay.

Liked: We have stayed at this property before and the breakfast was delicious. This time we did not have breakfast. Our flight departed to early and we were only there for one night .
