We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel although it is pricey. However, the convenient walking proximity to restaurants and the SAP Center is really nice. If you need parking, it is limited. Valet is $47 a night. We were only there for one night so parked on the street where it is free from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Liked: It was very clean and modern inside. People were nice and check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. SAP Center walk is an easy 7-8 minutes.
Disliked: Intermittent noise from outside can be annoying. Also, our fridge motor was somewhat noisy. Hotel is pricey. Rooms are nice and clean, but nothing special.

Disliked: The maids knocked on our door and tried to come in in the morning twice, starting at 30 minutes prior to check out and despite us having a privacy/do not disturb sign on the door

Disliked: During check in the Booking.com reservation was not linked to the hotel. There was another guest with the same issue checking in at the same time. During an order of food in the bar, I received fries instead of Potatoe wedges.
