We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel although it is pricey. However, the convenient walking proximity to restaurants and the SAP Center is really nice. If you need parking, it is limited. Valet is $47 a night. We were only there for one night so parked on the street where it is free from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Liked: It was very clean and modern inside. People were nice and check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. SAP Center walk is an easy 7-8 minutes.
Disliked: Intermittent noise from outside can be annoying. Also, our fridge motor was somewhat noisy. Hotel is pricey. Rooms are nice and clean, but nothing special.

Superb

Liked: I was attending a concert at the SAP center and it was such an easy walk to and back to the hotel. Very convenient didn't have to drive they had local food spots nearby. They Beautiful hotel was an added bonus very clean and not crowded.

Disliked: We did not stay at this Hotel due to the fact that the Hotel canceled our reservation due to water damage at the Hotel . I have tried to cancel/ email Booking .com but no one responded so I am not sure if an getting my refunded back

WHEN I ARRIVED, THEY SAID...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I made the reservation two months in advance and the property sent messages regarding requests that I made...but when I arrived, they said they were closed. The lady at the front desk wasn't friendly and even rude. Hyatt has many partners but they refused to help me find alternate accommodations. I had no place to stay and was exhausted from traveling. They refused to get the manager and misled me by telling me that the room manager was the hotel manager...I found the information on LinkedIn. Everything was high priced and booked since it was high season...the hotel took no responsibility regarding the fact that I had to pay 50% more of my original booking. Super frustrating. Why couldn't they tell me ahed of time?

Total Disaster with both Hyatt...

Liked: This hotel apparently experienced extensive water damage sometime in June 2024, so they cancelled all reservations. Supposedly, they told booking.com and expected them to tell me. This hotel had my contact information, so why they didn’t inform me directly is beyond me. I didn’t hear that my reservation had been cancelled from either Hyatt or booking.com. Luckily, I went to their website the evening before to check on their restaurant and saw their announcement, so was able to make an alternate reservation. I had a non-refundable reservation which I’m still trying to sort out with booking.com, that doesn’t seem to get that I didn’t cancel my reservation-Hyatt did. Anyway, very poor performance by both entities!!

Disliked: Nothing, everything was great

It was pleasant but once...

Liked: It is quiet and had a good rest after a long drive from Southern California. The staff were helpful
Disliked: The 47$ parking fee

Great location close to SAP!

Liked: The hotel location was great, 7 minutes walking to SAP and San Pedro is down 2 blocks. The receptionist was friendly, provided a glass of champagne when welcoming us and as we entered the hotel there was a nice fragrance. The hotel was clean, very elegant for the price (good value), bed very comfortable and would highly recommend
