We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel although it is pricey. However, the convenient walking proximity to restaurants and the SAP Center is really nice. If you need parking, it is limited. Valet is $47 a night. We were only there for one night so parked on the street where it is free from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Liked: It was very clean and modern inside. People were nice and check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. SAP Center walk is an easy 7-8 minutes.
Disliked: Intermittent noise from outside can be annoying. Also, our fridge motor was somewhat noisy. Hotel is pricey. Rooms are nice and clean, but nothing special.

Disliked: Toilet ran all night so I had to turn off the water to the tank. The refrigerator was noisy so I had to unplug it. Other than that it was comfortable.

Disliked: THE HOTEL MANAGER NAMED RENEE IS A CRIMINAL, HE CHARGED US SEVERAL TIMES, AND ASKING FOR CASH IN TIPS!! NEVER EVER I WAS ASKED CASH, THE HOTEL IS DIRTY, FOUL LIKE SMELL, VERY BAD HOTEL.
