Great location, clean, safe, top...

Liked: Location was perfect. Was close to everything. So close to Uffizi, Duomo, great restaurants, etc. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour were all bonuses. They are happy to give recommendations for things, to and make reservations for you, and call you a taxi for trip to train. Would definitely stay here again. Hopefully longer next time.

Liked: I brought my daughter to Florence for her first time and we're met by Elvis who was so kind, welcoming, and helpful! The lovely people who helped with breakfast were also so kind - we loved everyone!
Disliked: Our room faced street, and a streetlight shone straight into room where we slept with no way to block it. Next time we will request room on higher floor, and away from street.

Liked: The breakfast was really good each morning. The fresh croissants were the daily bonus. The staff was very attentive to take care of all our needs. Each afternoon there was tea and snacks. Then every evening they had Happy Hour with drinks and snacks. The staff was also very helpful with getting our bags up to the main level of the Hotel.
Disliked: Florence is a busy city so be aware when you are out seeing sights. The motorcycles, scooters, bikes and taxis zip around with it seems little regard for the people on the streets.

Disliked: The initial entrance and access ., not user friendly . Lots of steps, othing welcoming until reception.

Liked: Wonderful and very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and very comfortable. I loved my stay in this sweet and accomodating hotel.
