Excellent in every way!

Liked: The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. They help ah every turn, provide advice on where to go and eat. They help with every step. The afternoon tea, happy hour and breakfast are all excellent. We loved staying here and wished we’d stayed an extra night or two.
Disliked: The stairs at the beginning of the way up are a killer. But if you call the reception when you arrive, they will help with your bags

Liked: The room is spacious!The hotel has happy hour and tea time, they provide some cakes and coffee, love it!
Disliked: We have some problems with the room lock, so did the person stayed next to us. Seems like the card reader is not that sensitive. And I cant rly understand why the shower and toilet is separated, quite a weird design. Most importantly, you have to climb some amount of stairs to reach the reception counter, not recommended for those who have many luggage.

Disliked: The worst valet service experience I ever had (which took more than an hour to drop-off, and more than half hour to pick-up despite pre-arranged), coupled with the awfully unpleasant experience dealing with the receptionist staff Leonardo who tried to finger point me and kept giving dishonest excuses.

Liked: nice staff，old style，and it has an interesting museum of Davanzati next door.
Disliked: not easy to find it … getting lost to find it after get off from train.

Liked: Location was great, staff was exceptional, and room very nice size
