Double billed. Hotel won’t return...

Liked: Hotel is fine. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years.
Disliked: I got double billed. Booking.com billed me and also paid at hotel. I’ve called hotel twice and left messages and also emailed and got no reply. Now I’ll have to do a credit card dispute to clean this up. Also the coffee machine in room was full of mold.

Stayed for one short night...

Liked: You can drive up to (most) rooms, attached restaurant is convenient, staff was helpful despite language barrier. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Disliked: The halls could definitely use some love. The carpets were stained, walls were scuffed up. Felt very dark and dingy compared to the lobby and rooms.
