Liked: Excellent location, very friendly staff, exceptional breakfast (included in what I thought was an already-cheap price). Would very much stay here again if re-visiting Rouen.
Disliked: Bedding and bath towels had not been changed when I arrived, but very rapidly turned around. No other dislikes at all.

Disliked: Only minus was parking is a short walk away but that is understandable as the hotel is in the pedestrian zone. Was not a problem for our family

Excellent staff so friendly

Liked: Staff were so kind and helpful. We headed back to England and realised my son had left his comforter behind. My son is autistic and heavily reliant on this toy. Staff were very helpful in assisting and kindly posted this back to me, at my expense. My son is thrilled to have his toy back.
Disliked: Nothing.

Unexpected Luxury!

Liked: Room was immaculately clean and beautifully updated in a classical style, jaw dropping so! Whomever chose the finishes, right down to the sea-creature chrome cup holder, really has an eye. The clawfoot tub was so classy and so relaxing! Great choice. This is probably the nicest place we’ve stayed 3 weeks in France, and so reasonably priced at that. The bedding was luxury, we slept very well! I cannot recommend it enough, and I’m so picky! The location was great and parking not so bad for being in the middle of a medieval city.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel in a great...

Liked: A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were all really friendly. Room was nice with a good sized bathroom. Nice and warm on a cold February night. Parking nearby under the square. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Rouen.
Disliked: Nothing.
