A really excellent hotel with...

Liked: The hotel is lovely, the room was very nice, the bed comfortable, the shower worked well, the toiletries were good quality and there was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was amazing- there was everything you could want and more - breads, cakes, cereals, eggs, meats, cheese, salads, olives, hummus… even popcorn. The swimming pool was the best I have seen in a city hotel. It was so big, pleasantly warm, clean and a pleasant place to be. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and spoke fluent English and German as well as Polish.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Liked: Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly. When we asked to change a room (ours first was cold), it was done without any issues. Kids loved the hotel as well.

Average place.

Liked: Nice place. Very comfortable sleep. Nice pool and saunsas. Private car park. Very nice staff. Dog was very welcome- this was most important.
Disliked: Bad smell in bathroom. run down.

Liked: High ceiling, quiet room. Breakfast is expensive but good choice, lots of fish, fruits, vitamin drinks.
Disliked: Fitness room was closed on repair, not available at all, even though it is a large hotel they could provide temporary place to put treadmill at least. No preliminary hint about it when I booked over booking com. Water pool and additional saunas there are visited not by hotel guests only but by everybody, and due to city center location quite extensively. Interior is quite special pompous style, same time repair works are of very simle style.

Pleasant stay in nice hotel,...

Liked: Staff was quite helpful in arranging a parking spot in the garage next to the hotel. Rooms were spacious with a very nice bathroom; adequate airconditioning allowed to keep the window closed to shield for outside traffic noise
Disliked: documentation/ marking of the parking spots was not entirely clear. I ended up parking in one of the spots, leased by a commercial company and got blocked by the rightful owner. Before I could find the owner of the blocking car (with the help of the hotel staff!) 2 hours had gone and I had missed my appointment.
