Frendly staff, clean, excellent location

Liked: Excellent location, beautiful elegant rooms, very clean and the friendly staff made us feel very welcome. There is a drinking water fountain right in front of the entrance door.
Disliked: The beds were extra firm but still were able to rest comfortably.

Liked: Location was perfectly central to all main sites, rooms were good size and comfortable and the staff was superb from the minute we walked in to the moment we had to go. Special thank you to Christina who was not only very patient with me & all my questions and requests, but also very lovely and kind.
Disliked: Pillows could be a little better but nothing an extra pillow could help solve for - other than that, all was amazing.

Liked: very close to restaurants and shopping, great breakfast... most of the staff was wonderful. Rooftop terrace was very nice.

Liked: Wonderful renovated hotel. Everything was at a high level. Only the breakfast could have been better.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't quite meet our expectations. It could have been more varied.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location in the center of Rome. All the main attractions of the city are within walking distance - the Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Pantheon and much more. Polite, friendly staff, always ready to help. A nice addition to the hotel is the 24-hour open observation deck on the 7th floor (roof of the hotel), as well as the bar located there, where it was nice to sit in the evenings, drink a cocktail and admire the city at night. We also liked the delicious breakfasts and the cleanliness of the hotel. Great place!
