Liked: I was offered a room upgrade from a single bed to a room with two beds. The upgraded room was much bigger, almost like a small apartment, and very spacious. Although I didn’t book a room with a view, there was a window overlooking a side street. The location in the historic city center was perfect for walking to major landmarks. I didn’t use all the hotel’s facilities, but I was very pleased with the room size and the comfort of the bed. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was unreliable and even went down for an entire night. Overall, it’s an average hotel with no standout features, but it was a good stay.

Disliked: I saw cockroach in the wall when I was eating at the hotel restaurant

Liked: Great location in Guadalajara Centro! Large comfortable room. Convenient restaurant on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Everyone complains about the very firm mattress, but I found it to be enjoyable after a while. This is way better than a worn out saggy mattress.

Liked: Perfect location and fair price. To explore the city its a perfect location and is it so close to the center.
Disliked: If you plan to stay most of the time in the hotel, I would not recommend it as our room had no window and the pillows are really high and uncomfy.
