Disliked: This room is empty and lacks amenities that are typical of a four-star hotel. The walls are thin, and you can clearly hear people in neighboring rooms. The TV appears to be from the early 2000s, and there’s no kettle for hot water, nor any complimentary toiletries like a toothbrush.The location is poor – it’s far from the city center, with a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro, and the surrounding area feels unsafe. There are no slippers, the windows don’t close properly, the room has an unpleasant smell, and even with all the lights on, it remains very dim.Additionally, there’s a 20 EUR tax, even after paying the full price on Booking.com. Overall, this hotel experience was disappointing and not up to standard.
