Liked: Comfortable bed. Prosecco on arrival .
Disliked: Cramped toilet / onto shower area Spa facility was not usable due to heating problem

Liked: Everything was perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The pool in the spa was pretty cold, as was the entire area where it was situated. The only negative I have about the hotel.
