Liked: We did not have breakfast included in our rate. It was fairly pricey for Porto so we only ate there one morning.
Disliked: Stairs to get into the hotel. No bell men. The front desk did help us but we had to get up the stairs. If you were alone, you would have had to haul suitcases up by yourself or leave them alone at the bottom of the stairs.There was an outside patio right below our room that was noisy at night

Disliked: It’s a very basic hotel , like a holiday Inn , the bathrooms are awful - they open into the middle of the room with a curtain to close - felt like a dorm room . The hotel is in terrible need of renovation - awful 80’s design , restaurant feels like a cafeteria - with cafeteria level food . I guess you get what you pay for . You can eat in the food court attached to the hotel for better options . Kosher food was barely edible .

Liked: Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was ok - though felt hot items could be better. Great location for transport and shopping.
Disliked: There is not an easily accessible, no steps entrance. To reach the lift you need to go through the restaurant which isn't open all day, or contact staff to assist.
