Very good

Liked: Located right in the center of the old city. Just 10 minutes by walk from Sao Bento station. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: It's a bit old and lack ventilation in the bathroom. But taken the room price into account it is still acceptable.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was awesome, and the room view was beautiful
Disliked: I always book night's with breakfast, this time was no different, but on the day they told me it wasn't included. I might have thought I made a mistake, had they not changed the price of the room out of the blue. This was the only thing I found not good but it's enough to not return

Would definitely recommend this hotel...

Liked: The location is perfect, near to best restaurants, to the river and magic streets of Porto. Staff was very friendly and the value for money - was the best thing.
Disliked: Some more decoration in the rooms.

Liked: Certainly a great location and not bad a bed.
Disliked: Like everywhere in that part of Europe: tiny rooms, terrible sound-proofing, old amenties, mediocre breakfast. Oh, hot water in the shower can end if you're not thrifty.

Liked: Well located to see the city and very clean and comfortable hotel.
Disliked: No issues with the hotel.

Really great value for money...

Liked: Room was really good size and really well appointed. Location of hotel was great and really handy for everything I wanted to visit. This was an additional night after a 2 night stay on a G Adventures tour.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok and in quite a cramped room. While gluten free options were available they were microwaved in sealed plastic bag they came in and were not great quality.
