We enjoyed our stay here.

Liked: Very clean; very comfortable bed; good amenities; large bathroom with lovely big shower; plenty of space to move; friendly, helpful and welcoming staff; great continental breakfast; good restaurant on site and more in close proximity; close proximity to California State University.
Disliked: No bath.

Staff was amazing! Rooms were very clean and elegant! Shuttle service is great, if you are choosing to stay at this wonderful property for a concert!

Liked: Front desk guy was nice and friendly. Walkable neighborhood behind is beautiful. Golf view across street is nice. Room was recently updated and clean.
Disliked: $15 parking is eh. In room AC pretty noisy but worked great.

Liked: Great location and quiet. Rooms were clean and nicely updated. Our son loved the pool! The staff were friendly and professional. The only thing I’d say negatively would be the parking fee of $15 seems a bit unnecessary. We lived in Long Beach for 20 years so we get it. Space and parking is a premium- but lots of other spots don’t charge for parking.

Less than optimal

Disliked: The staff was very grumpy. not friendly. On top of it this charge of $15 for parking is insulting. Hotel was not a good value in my opinion. But the biggest problem for me with this hotel is that the noise from the nearby major street went on all night. The hotel is older and I think the windows, doors etc are very thin. I did not get a good nights sleep b/c of all the noise.... and the sleep is all that is really important.... why we stay at a hotel!

Liked: Rooms look updated and very clean. Same with the lobby. Easy to check in and out.
Disliked: Was in a non smoking room. There was small smell of weed in the room.
