Safe and uncomfortable
Liked: Staff, location
Disliked: They don’t renew bathrooms, broken shower, furniture, windows. No wifi except bear exit doors

In summery unless you want...
Liked: The only thing we liked was the metro was close by, good vicinity & drinks to buy at the lobby was good
Disliked: The beds have bed bugs that really did a number on us. We got welts blisters we looked like we had shingles or hives. The burning & scratching sensation was unbearable. We never had bed bugs before so we didn’t know till a physician told us later on as there was a language barrier. At first We thought we have contracted a food allergy as we ate some very exotic unusual foods. It is not just tacos here. We lost time spending extra money on clinics emergency room’s & pharmacy’s finding an antedocte with all the stress all because of them. By the way the quality of healthcare in Mexico is Subpar. Their “medicine’s” don’t do anything. As soon as we discovered the diagnosis we checked out immediately and as expected the hotel manager didn’t want to take responsibility. Later on he only offered a one night refund. We told him if his kids or grandmother stayed at a different hotel that had that same infestation would he find that “deal” acceptable? He said of course not, but he says “he’s not the owner & that’s the best he can do” so we’re fighting this. Also, their telephone doesn’t work, the hotel room key failed to work twice . Whilst the repairman’s room key always works & never fails but their reasoning was something along the lines of “their power generator blew up or over drove”. But only our keys were effected.

Didnt sleep each night because of bedbugs and was not refunded anything.
Disliked: They have a bedbugs problemThe first night I had to change rooms 2am at night because I woke up to being bitten multiple times and found 4 bugs on my sheets.Second night I had the same problem in the new room, was bitten many times and found many bugs, small and big, some full of blood and some running around. This was 4 am.I went to the reception this morning to check out and ask for a refund. The lady in the reception told me that its not possible at the moment and to come back the next day when the manager is present. They changed my sheets in my room and assured me that this was the problem. I was not given a new room, only fresh sheets. Although I wanted a refund and check out.I believed them and satyed in the room the 3rd night. Bugs were there again and I didnt sleep starting from 5am, just sitting there on the chair not wanting to be in the bed after catching the bugs myself. In the morning I went to see the manager as told. Turns out the manager had a manager, who refused to refund me because he misunderstood that if I did not raise these concerns before the check out time. Actually I had, but was told to come back later, as I explained aboveFor that reason, I was told that Ill not get a refund and thats it. I have pictures and videos from each night showing that bedbugs were there

Do not stay here
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: No heater. The water was cold and the tub would not fill up mich because the water trickled out of faucet and would of took hours to fill up. & it would of been cold when we got in. I ordered this room for a holiday and got much less. The water in the shower was also cold or not hot. The picturez on your website did not ahow the room thw way it was.
