Liked: Very clean, SO close to the beach, affordable. Very friendly staff. Free beach towels.
Disliked: Nothing! It was excellent

Liked: We loved the proximity to the beach and it was a quick cycle to get to south beach. The free happy hour was great too. Overall a really great location!
Disliked: Bedroom was a little small and we didn’t get our room cleaned or fresh towels every day.

Liked: Location was excellent. It was quiet, safe, and very well kept. I loved having a restaurant right below us and we were a block from the beach. Beautiful view from the rooftop. If you want a buzzing atmosphere, go farther south to Hotel Chelsea.
Disliked: better TVs so you could have access to your streaming services.

Superb

Liked: The staff was very friendly. On the last day of our stay we were allowed to leave our bags in their storage room. We were able to enjoy a few more hours on the beach.The hotel has happy hours for free drinks, these are regular drinks- cokes with rum etc. We were quite surprised but only took advantage once.The hotel has a nice roof top, you can find a small gym upstairs. It's a short walk to the beach. The hotel will lend you beach towels.Our stay was great.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned after the first or second night- the trash wasn't taken put and the beds weren't made... but it did not impact our stay in any way.
