I would recommend it to...

Liked: Clean and friendly staff.

Don’t book unless you are...

Liked: It’s a clean hotel and close to the metro in an OK part of town.
Disliked: Don’t book unless you are able to temporarily pay double for your stay. They put a hold on the full amount, then they charge you, then they refuse to drop the hold. Their explanation is that it will drop off of its own accord nearly a month later.
