Liked: The location
Disliked: The bed was terribly uncomfortable, an uncomfortable cot. It was cold. The pillow was flat and provided no support. The towels in the bathroom were too small and the shower curtain was not long enough to close the shower. There was a lot of outside noise and the bathroom exhaust fan never stopped making noise.

Well located and friendly place

Liked: The staff was lovely. The room was well-sized, and the wifi worked well. I liked the breakfast area. It's very easy to access the hotel from the train station. Make sure to ask for the free public transport option when you check in.
Disliked: The position of the shower head was a little wonky. If you have mobility issues, you have to climb into a high tub to bathe. Would have liked some hot food choices at the breakfast.

Liked: The hotel was comfortable enough but very basic and utilitarian.
Disliked: Our first night was disrupted by a dog barking due to being locked in a nearby room late into the night. We reported this to the front desk but they told us they couldn't do anything to help as they could not contact the people from that room. The room was very basic with whitewashed artex walls - the pictures on booking.com were somewhat misleading in this regard. The breakfast was also spartan and not worth 19 CHF per person.
