Disliked: The room was absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. The place was very dirty, uncomfortable and absolutely not what we paid for. The bathroom mirror was broken, the carpet (while the floor should have been tiles according to the picture on the website) was disgusting and the walls were stained. When we arrived there was a horrible smell in the room. We went to a concert in the evening with my friend, and when we returned to the hotel the door to our room was open (!?) even though we had closed it properly when we left. We did not sleep all night because we did not feel safe at all. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Liked: So disappointed with the hotel. We booked because of good reviews but when we checked in there the hotel a bit messed. Rooms not very clean and every floor got stuff like bed frame near to the lift and feel like we stay in construction place. Reception ladies so arrogant and not friendly. Wifi too weak and all furniture inside room like old.

It's a scam, you will...

Liked: There was only one good thing about it and it was the location.
Disliked: This hotel cheats you.As we were checking in, the lady at the counter said they were completely booked out and couldn't give us the room we had booked, the large one and we were given keys to a very small and weirdly shaped room. Going back now, and reading through other reviews it has happened to many others too. The photos they show about the room are false and you will not be getting what you paid for because they are basically lying. My husband and I had to sleep in that tiny room, on two separate single beds, which were unclean. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Booking.com needs to verify the scams that's happening in this hotel.
