A hidden boutique gem

Liked: The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Walking in, took my breath away... Literally! I did not expect it to be so lovely. The room was even better! Beautifully done room! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable! Luscious, fluffy pillows and a great mattress! Wish we could have had more nights here!
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like, which is not the hotels fault at all, but just want to make others aware. We were on the street side, and you can hear a lot of street noise. Again, I do not blame the hotel at all as that is something out of their control.

Great location and comfortable stay!

Liked: Great location. The room and amenities are fantastic. Very comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous.
Disliked: Service at the restaurant (Coppins) was friendly but not very attentive. Food was delicious (duck dinner) but neither of our sides were put through to the kitchen, and forgotten about. However, the food and drink we received were fantastic!

Overall - Great Place!

Liked: Location is wonderful, beds are very comfortable and hotel is clean!
Disliked: Minor things need fixing ... Shower door didn't seal, towel holder/hook loose and shower knob/handle needs tightening. Was double charged for another reservation, but they corrected this.

Liked: Very clean and the location is absolutely perfect!
Disliked: Minor things in the room needed fixing/updating ... nothing major.

Liked: Loved how well they took care if guests and could tell they cater to weddings. Wonderful stay for a beautiful event.

Liked: I didn't catch his name, but the worker who checked us out on Sunday morning was amazing. Super friendly! A great way to end our already-great visit.
