great location

Liked: great location for sights and train stations.( 11 min walk to Termini) , comfy bed , good wifi & security.reasonable choice at breakfast which was good value. friendly staff.has arrangement with nearby hotel for some free tours and activities..we didn't try though.
Disliked: lot of noise at weekend as above an Irish bar and walls pretty thin ....had to ask for kettle and cups but provided ok.

Liked: The staff was really friendly! I was in walkable distance from the Fontana and Colosseum, so that is a big plus as well.
Disliked: The hotel is quite hard to spot (it is inside a building and it has a very small sign next to the door). The day I stayed the lift wasn’t working so I had to carry the bags up the stairs myself.

The prices were extremely high...

Exceptional

Liked: From the moment you walk in the door to the time you check out, every person on staff makes you feel at home. We were able to leave our bags while we explored the city and the concierge recommended some great local places to eat! Our room was tidy and comfortable and I was beyond excited to find a bathtub! We would stay here again!
