In general they were excellent

Liked: Good, simple breakfast, location close to a central station. The biggest advantage is the service consciousness of the hotel staff. They wanted to help and assist in everything possible.
Disliked: Fix the elevator, it's hard to carry luggage up. The walls did not isolate all the noises from the outside

Nice accomidations, but the noise...

Liked: The staff was very accomidating and helpful. Overall the room was beautiful, the bathroom was very clean and both felt very fresh. The bed was comfortable and provided much needed rest. Breakfast offered a nice array of choices in both food and drink.
Disliked: My particular room was located just above a pub that offered late night music/sing along. It was like the concert was held in my accomidations. The bed vibrated which made it difficult to sleep even with earplugs. It would have been nice to have known this was a possibility before I booked with this hotel. Perhaps a warning on the website/advertisement of the hotel.

Nice staff and location but...

Liked: Location was good. Staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room was too small and dark. It had windows but there was another layer constructed on the outside so it had no direct exposure to the outside. The bed was ridiculously small and of poor quality, it was one of those frame beds they have in the army. The TV was the size of a laptop and it only featured a few channels in Italian, but no international channels in English.

Liked: Location is indeed perfect. All must-visit locations are in walking distance. Breakfast is fine with very reasonable price. And all staff is nice and friendly, and they are doing best to satisfy the guests from very first moment.
Disliked: Nothing.
