Good but not great.

Liked: Bed very comfortable. Bedroom window Interior view of fire escape - very dark and gloomy outlook. Bar area very nice but no natural light. Staff friendly enough. There is a charity based opposite which attracts a number of vagrants - quite a few beggars in the immediate locality. Lots of roadworks in the area and no taxi pick up at hotel. This was challenging for my elderly parents with luggage when leaving.

Liked: Location was perfect and close to metro.
Disliked: Klarna payment method was denied, forcing me to pay the full price. If booking allows this payment method, unless the hotel specifically mentions that it doesn't use klarna, they should have accepted it.

Great location but the quality...

Liked: Location is great! The quality of our room was not as good as we expected based on the pictures and the nice decoration of the lobby. The walls are very thin and therefore we often heard noises from other rooms or when people passed by. We had a double bed which was very small (probably 140cm) for two people. Overall it was still okay value for money.

Liked: Clean, the room is big , great shower , close to everything and still quiet. Great breakfast.
