Dated and noisy
Disliked: The reception was nice but this is a facade.The hotel is directly above the theatre which you can hear - walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone coming and going and rooms are very dated, the pictures must be really old

Great central location
Liked: Location, staff, reception area, rooftop.
Disliked: Nothing really, but areas we were thinking "if this was a little better we would think it a 4*"The breakfast could have a few more items to be excellent but overall it was a good breakfast for 3*Thermostat for room was on heat all the time.Fridge didn't work in the room. Interior rooms

Disappointing
Disliked: I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was far from what I expected - there was a lot of fungus in the shower, which was disgusting and clearly indicated poor cleaning and maintenance. Also, instead of a proper bed for two people, we were given two separate beds, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
