Perfect facilities, not well trained...

Liked: I liked everything, location, design, h24 reception.
Disliked: Staff. We had a payment issue, and nobody could tell me how it will work. First employer that was assisting us was new, that is okey. However, I didn’t like his supervisor attitude. We spent 1h to do our check-in, when it should take 5min. Staff definitely need to be trained on how transactions between booking the hotel and the banks work, not just “guessing” how it would work.

Disliked: They missed the mark. Nothing available to heat any food, ice available only on the third floor, no store or anywhere to buy anything you may have forgotten.
