The staff is very kind...

Liked: Good location, Kind staff, clean room.
Disliked: They had everything I needed. But an outlet in the bathroom didn’t work.

Great stay, perfect location, great...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast Lady Ms. June was amazing.Food was delicious and very presentable.The coffee area was clean and very nice,The cinamon rolls were my favorite!Kudos to Ms. June as she handle everything great.Ms. June deserves a bonus for a great job.Mr. Moe @ the desk was very helpful getting me a refrigerator.Ms. Draka @ the desk was AMAZING and very PROFESSIONAL!
Disliked: Rooms were a little small.I wish I had a view of the city.

Great location and very clean

Liked: The location of the hotel is awesome! Close to the museums close to leidseplein…the hotel is also very clean…and the staff are very helpful…I would recommend this place if you visit Amsterdam
