Fantastic location for the railway...

Liked: This hotel is right next door to the main Geneva rail station, so a fantastic location for our late night arrival. The room was huge, with a separate large bathroom and washbasin, and nicely appointed. The room faced the rail line but was very quiet.
Disliked: It was a little distressing to arrive late at night to find the front door locked and no sign of any staff. We found a doorbell, but it was not marked, and we were uncertain if it would raise any attention. I went looking around in the dark, and finally someone sauntered up to let us in and check us in. Also, getting our luggage up the steep front steps was a little challenging so this hotel might not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Disliked: Very warm and stuffy rooms. Even with the thermostat turned down it was stifling and the only option is to open the window, which then becomes noisy with the tram traffic below.

Liked: Fantastic location very close to the Main Station at Geneve, Staff were very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was excellent with fantastic views of the city from the Breakfast Room on the 8th Floor. There was a good selection to choose from for your breakfast
