I would not stay here...

Liked: Location: Excellent—just a 2-minute walk from key spots, and only 30 minutes to the airport (The only positive aspect of this hotel)
Disliked: Room: Very small for twin beds, and unfortunately, one of the towels was stained.Bathroom: Upon check-in, the shared toilet was not clean, and there was only one towel for all guests, instead of individual napkins. This raises significant hygiene concerns—sharing towels with other guests is unacceptable.Price: Given the issues mentioned, the accommodation was overpriced. I would not stay here again and strongly advise against it, particularly for women who need to prioritize hygiene and safety.

Liked: Location was brilliant - and our hotel apartment was in a good location in the building, at the end of of an external balcony. We had apartment 17 There is a well stocked shop opposite with lots of selection, an incredible bakery below, near play park and a 5 min walk to the harbour swimming.Museums and tourist attractions 15 mins walk
Disliked: The smoke alarms had the batteries removed - presumably by a previous guest. Advise checking.‘or good internet for working. A little dated but a very comfortable and equipped apartment- brilliant location and perfect for a family visit

Liked: Location was great ,reception communication was great,hotel needs updating ,generally clean ,no reception after 2.00 pm ,using card to open and close door.Small room .Hotel needs refurbishment .But we spend night ,sleep needed .
Disliked: Room is very small,needs to be updated.

Bad

A decent budget option but...

Liked: This was a decent budget room for a quick overnight stay. It is really close to the beautiful waterfront and city centre. Ideal if you are there for the nightlife.
Disliked: The area is very noisy as it is close to some bars and in earshot of amplified events on thw waterfront. Being a budget hostel, other guests staying can be noisy groups there for the nightlife. I wouldn't recommend this for families due to the shared bathroom facilities. There is a lift but it is small (one person with luggage max) and there are lots of tricky steps and doors to negotiate. We arrived outside of reception hours, requiring us to phone staff for access, and the person we spoke to did not know the property and could not answer questions or help with access when one of the access codes didn't work first time. Apparently there was wifi but the code was not given anywhere, i guess you had to ask at reception but if you check in out of hours as we did that isn't possible.
