Nice but may not stay...

Liked: Good clean room
Disliked: The room was nice but the one we had was a river view suite and looking out of the window you could see the river but right next to the window was a another window from the hall way that looked straight into our room over looking the bed that took away all privacy when the shades were open even a little bit. Also there was put side lights on the building that shined right into the room that the shades could not block out.

Liked: The valet guys are the best they were always so nice and funny and the over night clerk was so sweet she was amazing! I had horrible sleep due to jet lag and she definitely always had a smile on her face. Positive stay and would gladly return again

Great location, spacious room, and...

Liked: The room we stayed in, a River-View King suite, is spacious. My wife and I were there with our puppy, and there was plenty of space for our dog to play around. The location is ideal for access to the River Walk and a few minutes to downtown attractions. A broken body soap dispenser was on the bathroom wall, but it was replaced immediately when we called for a housekeeper.
Disliked: The living area has a tall bar-style table, stool chairs, and a large L-shaped couch. We spotted leftovers from previous guests on the floor, such as pistachio shells and cookie crumbles. Our puppy got under the sofa and the bar table and found all that junk. It was bad. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was questionable.
