Very Disappointed

Liked: We went for my birthday weekend and it was not our first time to stay at this hotel. When we got up in the morning to get ready to go eat we had no hot water for our showers. We let water run for like 15 minutes and finally took cold showers so we could make it to lunch in time. When I told the front desk her response was did you call anyone. I feel that for the price that we paid a night, one should have hot water in all their rooms. We were very disappointed and will probably not choose to stay there on our next trip to San Antonio.

Nice hotel until you go...

Liked: The hotel was very nice however the room did not reflect the rest of the hotel.
Disliked: The room seemed to updated but very used. The tables were scuffed up and missing paint. The bathroom faucet leaked when using it which left a lime type residue around the faucet so it appeared this had been occurring.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was excellent
Disliked: Valet parking is high and also the bar drinks were pricey as well
