Great city centre hotel

Liked: The staff were so helpful when we arrived. They quickly sorted out a booking mix up (that I caused). Great room, comfy bed, great shower. The location is perfect
Disliked: I like a nice hotel bar but this hotel only has a sitting area where they bring you a drink in the reception area....only a minor problem though.

Great location and comfortable bed

Liked: Hotel was nice and clean, and at a great location. The room was a great size and the bed was amazing. It also had very nice windows that blocked out the street noise, a must for a central hotel. The check in and check out was easy and fast and the staff was very helpful. Air con was great, and got the room super cold in no time! Mini bar was well stocked and room service was fast and delicious.
Disliked: The bathroom fan didn't work so it was very humid and wet after showering, and there's poor noise insulation from the other rooms and floors, so I could hear next other rooms showering and also coughing throughout the night. I am a light sleeper though, so just something to note. Also, smokers would stand below our window so we couldn't open it without getting that awful smell in. This might not be an issue if you're higher up, but on the first floor it was very smelly.

A great stay at Hotel...

Liked: We were very happy with the hotel, room, services and will definitely go back again when we come to Valencia. The staff were very nice and helpful and I recommend this hotel to anybody who appreciates excellent accommodation.

Good location, poor sound proofing...

Liked: The hotel is in a good location, near the old city of Valencia. The room was large and fairly clean. Beds were big. Air conditioning was efficient.
Disliked: The other guests were noisy so we couldn't sleep well. They were very loud in the corridors and in their rooms.We requested a duvet blanket, as I think should be provided by default in hotels, but although we requested it many times, they claimed it is not the time yet to take them out of storage. So we slept one night with the provided sheet, and were cold, and the other nights we got only a wool blanket which is not what I would like to sleep in at a hotel.

Had a Pleasurable Stay

Liked: The Location was excellent as was close to places of interest. There were lots of restaurants and coffee shops within few minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop and metro station nearby to access public transportation. The rooms are beautiful with lovely interior decorations. However I did not find the breakfast interesting they need to include more options. I love the send down the rain shower in the bathroom.
