Excellent stay, in a friendly,...

Liked: Overall more like a 4 star Hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Osana.Very Good dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: Difficult to find anything to be negative about for what we wanted on a one night stay.

Excellent location

Liked: The location was excellent. Our room had a little balcony overlooking the pedestrianised side street. The Guggenheim Museum is within 15 minutes walking distance, as is the old town. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
